Yes, but it was dead long before AI. The only difference now is you're talking to a computer vs someone pretending to be something/someone they are not.

Human interaction died when online chatting started, internet chats died when people figured out they could pretend to be anything they wanted and no-one would be the wiser. Dead is dead, the method of fuckery is the only thing that changed... If you want to "piss and moan" about AI there's always the "Piss and Moan" thread, instead of derailing this one.
Oh and one more thing, it's a MEME thread who the fuk ever said posts here had to be "real"
Did you actually look it up because that's not what it means. And there are totally still genuine interactions online, this forum is a good example among others. I'm sure I won't be able to fully derail this thread either unfortunately
