It's the flux capacitor cable........... never ever remove it!!

The subwoofer on Quadratec is $95+ shipping and gets good reviews.

Mine's from Quadratec, purchased about six years ago, working good!

My plug in Bluetooth adapter should be here tomorrow afternoon. I'm looking forward to seeing if I can use the existing speakers, sans the sub, until I order the replacement from Quadratec. Thanks all for the help.
