Sounds like a blast having done it a month ago!![]()

I've seen a few videos of guys mounting them in 10-15 minutes without it being some kind of rush.
I don’t mean any disrespect, but don’t make me laugh.![]()
I can't do 30mins a tire even with normal wheels![]()
With the Hutchinson I would guess if you're GOOD at it 30 minutes is possible. Their insert is softer than wat I use on the Stazworks rims.
And once you've got getting the o-ring in place it's Boom-Boom done.
It isn't the same as doing normal beadlocks. Did you watch that video I'd linked?
You're not trying to spoon a tire over the bead either...
No, and that may be! I hope so for his sake! That would be a nice feature.
It’s my day off! I’ll watch video tomorrow! Want to see this, but it makes sense. I follow what you’re saying.
Once you get the insert into the tire you're now slapping two halves of the rim together... is pretty much what it is. And then tighten down the bolts holding the two halves together... The tightening in sequence like with yours & my beadlocks isn't the same.
Must be some torque specs to follow or something!? Sounds like the hard part is getting the inserts inside. Cool wheels.

I had apparently missed that post. I'm sure the first one or two will take longer, but overall, it seems like breaking them down might be the biggest time suck. I'll also be taking my time to inspect the o-ring on each one. They're only like $25 so if there's any concern I'll just set that wheel aside and move on to the next.
You may need tire spoons to break them down since the rubber adherers to metal of the rims. And that can take a little bit of force to get them apart.
Coming along nicely. On the next camping trip don’t be surprised if parts go missing and end up on mine .![]()
I love the look of those wheels and they look especially good with that color. Also, dual bead locks are great.
