Ok, I finally got this sucker installed. I was down for a week due to other installs I did during this time. The project was:

1- Terraflex super short SYE
2- Nth degree Tummy Tucker
3- Savvy UCA rear
4- JKS rear track bar with CV bracket

Overall it is a well engineered kit. The hardest part was grinding away clearance for the cat hanger. Overall I picked up 3.5 inches (I had skid drop spacers before) of clearance to the local bump, and 4.5 to the rest of the skid. No body lift needed.

I don’t understand... how can it be tucked that much with no body lift? Did you have to clearance the tub?

EDIT: Nevermind, you have a 231 transfer case. Not the big honkin’ 241 in my Rubicon.

Well done, I dig it!

I’ll post more pictures over the weekend. After I got the pinion pointed up, my track bar was hard against the gas tank skid. So, I had to order a JKS bar and bracket to take care of it. It is a good solution to get more clearance.
I would say the only negative of this project is that I do notice more road noise with the Savvy UCA and JKS bar. Not unexpected with Johnny Joints replacing rubber bushings.
No drivetrain vibes. The manual tranny shifter is up higher now, but no interference through the gears.

Very nice. Thanks for the install pics. Phase two of my build is a tummy tuck...probably next winter. Not sure which brand I'm going with yet, but I'm set up currently to do a Savvy or UCF (1.25" BL)

You're probably getting more drivetrain noise because it's closer to the tub now. Any added engine vibes at idle? Nice job, btw.

I'm wondering the same. I had to go back in a few times on my Savvy skid to find all the areas of contact.

I'm afraid to go up even as high as @Chris did with the Rokmen skid for fear of additional noise that I really don't want. I realize my NP231 TC and 5 speed will give me some additional clearance compared to you Rubi guys, but it still makes me nervous to pull the trigger.

It's nothing a hammer can't fix! :)

Thanks. No added engine vibes at all. I was wondering the same on the noise, but I just can’t imagine a couple inches closer makes that much difference. There is no contact. Seems replacing rubber bushings with hard joints is a more likely source.

I have ZERO additional noise after getting the exhaust hanger sorted out.

Mine has full Johnny Joints and a Savvy tummy tuck. Once everything got sorted out, there was no noticable increase in noise or vibrations.

Wow, that is flat! So no body lift at all, right? Just the low profile transmission mount?
