Where is it leaking from?

This is my first tj but couldnt pass up this rust free 02 from my father in law for 6k. Everything works petfectly. Only thing i cant figure out is where water is leaking in. Floor boards are wet after a good rain. Is there common places to look?

Cowl drain is probably plugged up.

Header seal, door seals are other possibilities.

Wow, that’s some serious tint on the rear windows, and nothing on the front. Oh, wait. Washington where the sun never shines. Nevermind…

You will need the assistance of a friend or relative, break out a garden hose, cover the cowl ventilation grill, sit inside the Jeep and spray copious amount of water on the header seal (between hard top and windshield) and inspect for water leaking in.
If no leaks found then perform the same test for the door seals and rear window seal.
If no leaks found then remove the cover from the cowl ventilation grill and test the cowl for a obstructed drain for the cowl drain.
