Steering stabilizer problem during 6” install

There doesn’t not look like there is any threads left in any of the arms to pull the axle back, or to rotate the pinion up. Ultimately the axle needs to be pulled back. Maybe the pinion rotated, but can’t help there unless you are in the ballpark for caster angle.
Shop says they had to tighten to even get steering components on. Looks like making the control arm longer will push the axle closer to the steering components.

Was the drag link replaced at the same time as the lift install? It sure looks like the axle needs to go back or the drag link wasn't bent correctly during manufacture.

Either way, a currectlync steering setup would be on my to do list

It was not. However, it was replaced a few months ago due to wobble incident on interstate. I assume it was a direct replacement. Rode fine prior to this lift. Looking at new steering, but want this sorted first.

If the front arms are the correct length I'd be looking at the install instructions for the frame side arm brackets to be sure they are installed in the correct place. Is the rear axle pulled forward from where it used to be?

Yes, the axle looks like it needs to be pulled back for clearance. Which doesn’t seem like there is any adjustment to do that.

As jjvw mentioned it would be nice to see it on the ground and then see where caster is set.

The caster needs to be aground 5 degrees, in your pics the axle looks very rotated forward, why it would be good to set it on its weight and check all this.

The problem with a radius arm suspension is it doesn’t maintain caster as well thru its suspension cycle as a 3/4 link.

So at full droop you are losing caster = axle rotating forward

Full compression you are gaining caster= axle rotating backwards.

Word on the street is that the ZJ drag link has a slightly different mounting angle to the steering damper than the TJ drag link. This may or may not be adding some confusion to the install. Regardless, things need to be done at ride height and then checked at full shock extension and compression.

I’m not sure about the frame bracket placement. I do know that the rear axle is rotated all the way upward, with the spring perch just missing the shock bodies. I would think that the frame rail brackets would be pre drilled to match the belly pan bolts??

ZJ link, maybe the previous shop used the different link.
