feels like a TJ on steroids. drives much more comfortable, turbocharged, and absolutely quiet. acceleration is sick. 100% electric. 4 wheel drive. driving possition and view is exactly the same - even the square side mirrors. I love that thing already. turning radius is also like half of the TJ.
If I could buy a cool EV for $20k I would totally do it. I do a 300 mile round trip to work HQ once a week but the hotel I stay at has a couple of chargers and I bet I could talk my employer into putting a couple in as well.
Just funnin with you. When I worked for my living and the Chevy volt came out I wanted it for a second car and daily driver. When I saw the price tag of $40,000 that was a big hell no. Retirement I don’t drive enough to even keep the battery charged.
I saw that they had an open roof option at shows.. not sure if actually available in china, but china has way more options than Thiland anyways.... but in my case I'm actually happy with a solid roof, that protects me from the harsh sun.. plus a AC thats cold in seconds.. and even seat ventilation
they even made a fully open version, but not sure if it will ever go into production for real - likely only available in china then too...
