Good afternoon, everyone. I own this 2004 LJ from 2015(120K miles). The spark plugs were replaced in mid-2016(125K miles), and O2 sensors were changed closer to 130K miles. I've been noticing a problem for the last two months. Sometimes, when I start the jeep, the start isn't smooth. After the engine starts, I can hear a difference in the exhaust sound. It's not an engine misfire but the gap in the exhaust beat. After a few times, shutting off the engine and restarting made it run normally. After a 6-day gap, I started it yesterday, and it was a little worse than earlier. I started diagnosing the codes, and these are P0300,301,302, P1492, P0305, and P0306 codes. It seems like an issue with the spark plugs. I'm planning to change the spark plugs with NGK 3459 V-Power; Pre-Set Gap: 0.036

Any other parts I need to replace or look to make it better?

The jeep started just fine this morning, and I drove it to work.

Thank you for your time and inputs.
