Wow, that’s about the same as what my original MOPAR radiator did.
You had a way different experience that I have. Mine has held up and cooled very well for 6 years in 115+ Arizona summer heat, which I would think is a lot worse than your area.
This is the one I have:
Murray Heat Transfer Radiator - 431512

Your original Mopar split like that 2 times in 2 1/2 years?Wow, that’s about the same as what my original MOPAR radiator did.
Now you are starting to slightly understand why recommending something from chain stores will yield dramatically different results. They simply do not give a shit what level of quality is delivered to them from any manufacturer. You had a way different experience that I have. You comfy enough with that crap to have me start using them here in SoCal which doesn't get quite as hot as where you are? This is the one I have:

Sure, why not? i see no reason why what worked for me would not work for someone else. You comfy enough with that crap to have me start using them here in SoCal which doesn't get quite as hot as where you are?
I don't tolerate willful ignorance very well. My point was clear, you understood and now want to play dumb like you didn't. Or is there something fucking magical about the Murray crap that dies twice in 2.5 years that stops you from understanding that point?Sure, why not? i see no reason why what worked for me would not work for someone else.
Also wondering why you refer to a radiator that has cooled as well as the factory MOPAR radiator in 115+ heat for 6 years as crap?
Has your experience been different, that they did not cool well, or they failed on your vehicles?
Yep, this is why I would always avoid parts from Autozone or any major auto part store unless it's a reputable brand you're buying.
A lifetime warranty is meaningless when you have to change it out every 2 years (or when you're nowhere near an AutoZone with one in stock).
I went with the Koyorad based on this information :

I've had 2 of these radiators from Orielly's spilt in the same place over a 2-1/2 year time period. The lifetime warranty is great but not worth it when your broke down an hour away from any parts store. Time to upgrade.
I was going to get the Koyorad but I wouldn't get it until next week, so I went with a Denso it arrived today. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the Denso.

I just put in the a2102 koyorad as well. Hopefully it helps the recent temps sitting on the 0 of the 210 mark. Initial test drive has it down at the 2 with the foot down at 3000 rpm and 80 mph. So far so good
Have used Denso radiators in many vehicles including my Jeep with zero issues with Denso radiators.
Mopar radiators (if you can find one) should be in Mopar spec. But that’s not saying much because Mopar isn’t synonymous with quality. Sucks but that’s the way it is.
