LED Marker Light Issues

I am having an odd problem with my 04 LJ that I did not with my 00 TJ. I have on both vehicles the front marker LED lights are supposed to be white with headlights on and flip to orange with signals on.

It worked as it should on my TJ since installing last year. I just put these in my LJ and with no side marker bulbs installed the front markers work like they should with headlights on. When I put any bulb (LED or incandescent) into the fender flare side marker the fronts only turn orange and the arrows on the dash stay lit up. Is there something different about an 04 with LEDs that does not apply to the 00? The LJ also has the flasher relay, but even before installing it, the issue was still there.

I have the same ones in my 03 TJ
They work fine

What relay is installed??
Fwiw its 9x outta 10 a resistance issue

Go 100% back to filament to isolate the issue and start from square 1

The LM470 in the LJ and an EP26 or 27 in TJ. How would I be able to tell any issue using an incandescent in the front marker or are you talking about the side marker?

i used the Novita LM470 relay and added inline resistors to resolve my flasher issues

i have these sequential LED boards(bottom) in my front side markers

Common problem. I had to dig back into the harness to find the side marker and turn signal wires. From three separate so that your turn signal is just used for turn signal and side marker is just used for side marker. The
