So my right turn signal works but when the headlights are on the side marker light will illuminate but not the turn signal. I have switched bulbs and cleaned the holder. I am just looking for suggestions for what could be wrong.

Since you have checked the bulb holder terminals; check for clean grounding wires are screwed to the radiator support on either side of the radiator.
