Help with the SwayLOC

How is Tucson, I spent time down there years ago when my son was attending UofA. We played a lot of golf but now

I wish I didn't pay for it because now Biden would reduce my debit by $10k

Hot and rainy right now. Cooler weather is around the corner. Came here from Chicago. Biggest regret in life is I didn't come out here long time ago. Better late than never. Going to a UofA game next month.

Install wasn't horrible!! If I had several to do, I can def see the benefit to having an install tool. The only thing that might rival the tool, A/C'd shop, and stopping about halfway through for a bite to eat. Total time, couple of hours.

Love how it drives on road, can't wait to get it off road

We’ll see if that happens it’s not a presidential bucket of power, so it’s on congress to kill it or future presidents will have this power moving forward (reference: constitutional law, buckets-of-power rules).

Biden definitely knows the president doesn’t currently have these powers but it looks great to many millennials during midterm elections even if it gets killed.

Trump also stepped out of his bucket of powers back when he barked orders during covid. Congress challenged him because doing so was necessary to preserve their powers otherwise future presidents would have those powers moving forward.

It’s a game within the game that most aren’t aware of unless they are taught con law.

The shitty/complicated part is that a president might help society in the short term by being given the power to make a move now, but giving the president that power could backfire later if/when a president makes decisions that hurt us.

Deep in it. Been a decent one this year.

Two years in a row which is awesome.

You gotta check out Chivas Falls off Reddington Pass before things dry up. It was pumping hard last year. I’d go with u but I had to leave for the concrete jungle :(

We usually go swimming with the kids up in Sabino Canyon by the dam. Well it washed over the roads at the bridges and like 40 people had to get rescued a few days ago on 2 separate days.

Tucson Jeep club loves going up to Chiva falls and Redington Pass. My stock Jeep won't make it up there.

My sawyloc should be here today. Even though I was antsy to get it and surprised we all actually got ours at this price all my parts won't be going on any time soon. My first goal is Christmas this year. We'll see. I go to midnight shift starting in October so I'll have extra money to get it done.

BTW I saw your ninja edit LOL. It emailed me that reply. Some of the worst teams are the best party schools 🤣 I couldn't care less. Prolly will be the only game I go to all year just to say I did. Wife gets tickets from work.

Edit: LOL my bad bro I just realized who I was talking to. Damn I'm getting old. Plumber1 started the Tucson conversation.

When does your Jeep get done?

Ok 29 hikers had to get rescued. 25 the first time and 4 the second time. That bridge is usually the first stop we let the kids swim after a light rain.

At least I'll be able to install the SwayLOC with stock height at first just to get it on. I plan on doing shifter cable kit, body lift and MML first. Then possibly with the SwayLOC at the same time or soon after.

Haha that’s great…yea I never went to a U of A game mainly bc I didn’t feel like watching them get destroyed. I’m an older guy now with a dog that doesn’t do well being left alone so that was another excuse to take her and the Jeep out.

Not sure when it will be ready but I won’t be able to see it before Xmas at the earliest.

Blaine put a Swayloc on there for me while it’s in his care, which is hilarious (given the context of our previous conversations) and probably going to get me banned from this thread.

Nice man I’m happy for u. You will be good out there with 33s just be careful at three feathers there’s only one line of four u should take (it’s a right to left slope, second line from the south) due to the others requiring more clearance on departure.

Edit:

I’m happy quadratec seems to be making good on the Swayloc deal for everyone. That’s pretty awesome. I’ll be reading this thread to keep up on all the fun I’m missing.

When I get onboard air I want to retrofit the air kit on it. It'll still be cheaper than buying the kit that comes fitted with it.

I found one sitting on the front porch when I got home, can't wait to find the time to install it
Question though, will it work with a stock bumper?

Those who are swapping an AR for SwayLoc, are you using your AR links or the supplied SwayLoc links? There was some discussion whether the heims were not good quality on those provided by SwayLoc.
