There are these things called steering stops on the knuckle. You could add washers till the Swayloc rub is acceptable.
Your ideas about the problems with the Swayloc are incorrect. It’s not far lower.
Depending on the winch deck the SL may or may not fit in the stock location, but the arm length would be far shorter than it should be and wouldn’t work anyway.
You're going to rub control arms and/or spring perches with 19mm offset too, so steering stops are your best buddy. Some rubbing is fine.
