I found a harness on parts breakers that I purchased. It’s expensive but They offer 90 day return/exchange policy, which is the main reason I went w them. That and they ship to Hawaii. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.
Should have it in couple weeks, will update the post when it’s in.
Might do that. Problem is the shipping, it’s so expensive that no matter what I do it’s always a balance between what option to do and the shipping. And, what can I afford afterwards if it doesn’t work…
I can buy a part for $50 and pay $150+ in shipping… it’s a potential wallet drainer every time I purchase something

I lived in AK and Germany so I understand the whole shipping part.
But if you're not sure about your PCM having it tested would be worth the expense for piece of mind.

Part number for your engine loom depends on a few factors.
Engine, transmision, emissions package, brakes (disc/drum/abs), LHD/RHD. Might be able to find the loom part number if you can supply that info.
Even with that, if you can't get a replacement the FSM wiring diagrams might be needed to establish just what circuits you would need to replace the factory loom.

Hey J J- I purchased a wiring harness a day or two ago, which will replace all the wiring under the hood. Tired of troubleshooting electrical ghosts.
Wildman- I took your advice ( a bit to the extreme) and decided to purchase a PCM from Wrangler Fix. I figured if I'm going this far to replace the entire under hood wiring, I might as well just complete the process and replace the PCM.
Will take a few weeks for process to be done, but will update the thread when done.
