The Core 4x4 is their Tier 4 version. It has JJ on both ends. It is 1.5" OD compared to the Currie at 1.25" OD, so 0.125" wider on each side. It appears well built and the packaging was absolutely wonderful. Nothing could mess it up in transit. Molded foam packaging and bubble wrapped around the bar inside with cellophane holding it together. Pain to get into. 🤣 I got it in charcoal color.

Bend of the bar compared to my JKS and a mocked up version without the bar bend from the end @Wildman gave me to test out.

I pushed my wheelbase out with upper and lower CA's to 93". I'm clearing the gas tank skid at ride height, but I still need to cycle the suspension to see where I am at full bump.

There’s always the option of the 15 gallon gas tank behind the back seat. That would give me some clearance!

Here’s what I’m looking at at full bump on the driver side. Passenger side clears. Full 93” wheelbase. Do you think I should cut that crossmember?

I think from looking at those pictures of the Savvy tank skid that might be the WHOLE ticket.
I agree it looked great in that thread on the other forum. Hard to stop spending money on these things, but it’s time for me to wheel for awhile

Please don't. Gasoline belongs outside the tub interior. Preferably under the tub, if given the choice. 😂
A stretch tank is your answer. Same gas capacity but allows more room back there for just a little more wheelbase.

Been following as my rear JKS Trackbar (at full 2" bump) hits the savvy bolt (farthest passenger). With the core bar, did it push the bar out past those bolt spots? I don't think I can eliminate any additional bump so it's almost a moot point but don't like the contact.

No, it did not clear that bolt

What’s your wheelbase?

the GenRight tank I installed has an extra 5" between the tank and axle and its 19.5 gals, it mounts to the frame and not the cross member.

Interesting they must have changed their design because mine bolts to the crossmember. Which tank do you have?

Makes me want to think about a tank again but I would need some seriously good measurements from them before I would order one. The 20 gallon fuel cell will sit right where my passenger seat use to go.

Edit: I see it now, they have those two arms that come up on the side of the skid that bolts to the frame instead of the shock crossmember. I was always looking at the notched area not the skid.
If I use their recommendation I would have to get the Alien tank since this is only 5" of stretch for a Dana 44.

On the description from the Alien tank they state this.
Mounts in stock tank location, with 4 of the factory bolts and 2 new forward mounts through the frame.

coilovers or just outboarded shocks? I dream of that tank sometimes :p

It says outboard shocks and/or coilovers in the description but also says WON'T work with coil springs.
And when I asked them they have said NO it has to be coilovers so I don't know why they just don't say that.
