Went out to recover the Jeep today. Every motorcycle and ATV on the planet was out there. We removed the wheel, the brake caliper, the rotor, and then had some trouble from the backside of the hub removing the three 12 point 13mm bolts. They all had some shearing on them due to the destroyed outer shaft ears. Inner ears are not broken, but they are pretty beat up. The inner splines look good, so I am assuming all is well in the diff. We stuck a rag in the axle tube And buttoned everything back up. Trip home was uneventful. I am searching for some stock Dana 30 shafts. If you have some you WTS, shoot me a price.
