The only thing I might do anytime soon on the rig is try to add a 0.5" spacer to the rear passenger side. The rig is tilted and I've looked and and moved all kinds of things around and can't find why it's not level. I bet I could slip one in pretty easily by raising the rig and using a spring compressor for all of 10 seconds.

Sell the Brown Dogs and return to factory with some spacers. It might help with idle vibes.

Learn to weld and get the exhaust fixed.

Fix the RMS. It could be oil pan bolts, so I'll start by checking those.

Other than that, the rig is pretty perfect

Nice work all around dude!
You may have mentioned it, but I didn't catch it, what brand of seat heaters did you get? Looking to do the same with mine. 🍻

Thanks man!

The seat heaters are KBD Universal. The pads fit pretty much exactly between the two bolsters on either side and heat both the seat and back cushion. Most people get the Dorman I think, but these were fine. I imagine most of them are the same. The only part I couldn't use and I had to go pick up was a mini fuse tap. The one that comes with it is a regular fuse tap. They have two settings; low and high. So far they are working great. Cheers 🍻! It's about time to get a drink!

Right on man! I've got an Amazon gift card burning a hole in my pocket, and I know what it's going toward now.
I'm down for that drink anytime! It'll happen someday, not sure when, but it'll happen. 🍻

Right on! I’m down for that drink! My hope is to come to Cali in 2023 and run some trails.

If you need any help with the seat heater install, let me know. I’m sure you’ll be fine. I’d grab the mini fuse taps from Amazon since you can get 10 for $10 and they were $9 for 1 at O’Reilly’s. You’ll need mini fuses too. Each seat heater requires a 10A. There’s an extra 10A in the bottom left corner of your fuse panel behind the glove box, and a 20A just above it. I ran both my seat heaters into one 20A fuse (rear windshield wiper/defrost).

Cool bro!!! I appreciate it.
I'm going to order the seat heaters and taps tonight.
If you do get down to Cali . I'll make sure to hook up w/ you. 🍻

When your fronts come in can you see if they have places on the bottom that might work to attach some velcro? Might be the answer for my situation if they could.
FYI, I don’t have anything holding my front WeatherTech mats in place and they aren’t moving. I thought they would since I’m just 5’6” tall and it takes a real hiking of the leg into the floorboard and pressure to jump up, but all good.

I'm glad to see I'm not alone here. I get stuff with the intention of installing it, then don't. Two or three years later I get around to it, if I can find the parts I bought! :(

You're in GOOD company here. What SUCKS more is when you've rebought the parts or similar parts so you find them as you start to install stuff.

I have windows I can do stuff in, so I have to get it done in the window or nothing will happen. 😊

You two are crazy. It drives me insane having parts that aren't installed. I think the longest I waited was 2 months for the GR body mounts.

Man, I feel the same. I’ve got to get out there and get it on the rig. Only thing I didn’t install like that is the Noico. Just never could bring myself to do it.

I am curious how they would fit without carpet.
Really loose and slide all over.

Maybe, but the fit seems really loose without the carpet. Perhaps Weathertech's laser fitter was broken when they made my set.
They were cut to be used with the carpet, as indicated by the hole for the catch. Here’s a link to the clip. You make two slits in the carpet and the clip snaps to it. Then you’re all set.

Jason, if you could get some adhesive Velcro I believe it would solve your problem without carpet. That’s how they keep the carpet from moving around. 👍🏼

They do work with my OEM carpet quite well; i just rarely have it in lol. Velcro will work, but it wont prevent my foot from catching the upper lip and it rolling over, which is irritatingly nipp8ng at my OCD. So, ive intentionally not used velcro trying to force myself into another option. So far, though, my laziness has proved to be strongest.
