Throttle position sensor voltage reading + MPVI3

Long story short, I've had to extend the TPS cable for my supercharger setup, and while I'm getting readings, the voltage is looking low in the scanner tool from MPVI3.
Although through the diagnostics tool no errors are being seen.

Would anyone know the voltage readings I would expect to see at WOT?
If I where to replace the wires going back to the brick connector, does anyone know the pin-outs?

Full throttle on my 2006 is just under 4.0volts.
The PCM looks for the WOT voltage set at ECM44442 in the 2006 NGC3 PCM
3.7843 Volts

I can't see the edited map as someone else is doing the tuning, but I can see the scanner logs which are showing a voltage of 2.25 at WOT, which is certainly low in comparison to yours:

You might be slightly low but not significantly. If you log the Throttle Position % channel in VCM it also will likely show that you are roughly receiving 75% at WOT. I don’t have access to HPT at the moment but IIRC the throttle position voltage reading in the VCM scanner is voltage learned above idle voltage so there will be a difference between your tune and scan.

Back probe the TPS to check the resting voltage and WOT voltage. This is more accurate and what really counts to the PCM vs the VM scanner.
 
I see a difference, you've got Throttle Position (SAE) and mine is Throttle Position Sensor:

The Channel Config was given to me by the Tuner,

I've just updated the config with Throttle Position (SAE) and the input from my AEM AFR Gauge I've used the Transform button, which add a Volts / 0.5 + 10 = output calculation:
