Should I Salvage or Replace This Lower Control Arm Bracket?

Hi guys - what do you guys think? I bought this knowing it would need some work, the driver UCA wasn’t even attached and the owner had no idea, just thought Jeep’s made lots of sounds. Today started process of swapping them out for a set of core. What I think happened is the Jeep took some sort of hit to the front because the axle side lower mounting bolt slightly bent so I couldn’t even hammer it out of the bushing, I actually had to cut the bolt out. Removing it confirmed my hypothesis. So I’m not sure about the bracket. Curious about your thoughts
1. Weld on a washer and a new horseshoe and replace
2. Weld on a plate and drill out a hole for the mounting bolt
3. Cut off the old mount and weld on a new one

Weld in a new washer to both sides of the bracket. Then adjust as normal.

A new bracket would help to ensure proper alignment. But, anything is possible.

That is a perfect example of how bolt sleeves work and how the cam horseshoes function. If the bolt ain't tight, everything gets destroyed.
