Yeah i figure everytime i see a mcd's bag being delivered she's paying $30 for a meal. And then people wonder why they have no money.

I don't feel bad for anyone who says they're broke but also have excessive car payments, is always shopping, always has door dash etc. I just laugh and think, "if only there was some way to reduce your spending so you'd have more money."

What is this increased prices on the app vs in person? Just door dash type stuff?
Quite a bit of savings to be had through the apps if you're dining in or getting take out.
And any generation that uses that fucking unreadable "camel case" should be shot.

It's door dash, grub hub, Uber eats etc.
Delivery makes it way worse.
Just swapping from in-store pick up to delivery adds 1.50 to the order, before delivery, fees etc.
I believe the restaurants lose 30% on DD, GH deliveries. I know my friggin son's girlfriend ordered a blizzard from DQ at 11.30 pm and it was $11.
Ok, I don't even like having pizza delivered so that makes sense.

I'll tell you another thing that pisses me off. We've had the joy of walking into an almost empty restaurant, and not being able to be seated because the kitchen is overwhelmed with such orders. As fucking always, the PHOOOOOONNE takes precedence over everybody else. Just one more example of many of how the worldwide catering to these horrid things is costing society on a MASSIVE scale. But nobody cares, all I hear is apologetics. Pure disgust.
Turns out one of the Belly Dance husbands on this tour is a retired computer geek like me. We had all kinds of stories to swap - including our complete disdain of the PHOOOOOONNE. He says "Those damn things are an insult to good system design." Yea, no shit.
