The simple life?

I have a room at the shop filled with stuff for a yard sale. Just have not had the time to organize one.
Looking for a 12-14 lb 2 post symmetrical lift. Too many choices out there and I’m stuck with what I get. My shop floor was poured in the 60s and not strong enough so I’ll need to put in new concrette footing's. I have 220 in the shop so that helps and my walls are 12’.

The Wife has been on a downsizing tear since she retired in 22. I think I might be next.

I did. Throwing baby out with the bath water.
I caught her with a box of my old Printed t-shirts from the 70s to the early 80s that I had stashed in the garage rafters. I’m talking concerts, companies I worked for etc. they’re 2 sizes too small for me but have lots of memories. I gave them to my Daughter and she’s making big $$ selling them online as vintage clothing. Of course I’m not seeing any $$ from that.
