Trouble removing fuel pressure tool

My LTFT have been creeping up. A buddy from across the street came over who was dying to work on the Jeep. I told him I wanted to check fuel pressure. He got in my kit and plugged this up. Now I can’t get it off. Any ideas, or am I going to end up cutting the line?

Hand hack saw probably wouldn't??

Maybe someone has an idea how to get something in there to press the quick release tabs, I got nothin

Replacing that thing jammed in there is probably a lot less work and similar money as the line?

Yeah at this point I could care less about a fitting I’ve never used from a kit. I may just break out the hack saw

You could cut off the quick connect and flare the line and then use a hose clamp. But that's not less work either
