TJ hard top cart question

Hi all, I have a TJ with a Hard Top and would like to make a cart to store it in my garage over the summer. Jodh posted a great DIY plan but it was for a JK Hard Top. Was wondering if the plan dimensions/measurements would still work for a TJ Hard Top. If not, what do I need to change to the plan? Your help would be very much appreciated.
