TJ window seal recommendations

What are some high quality window frame seals y’all can recommend? I will need to replace the one on top where the hard top meets and the folding down window seal. Mine aren’t leaking but are original. I want to change them before I put this hard top on I’ve been working on. The window I have never folded down so this will be quite interesting on getting it to move.

For the windshield header seal, I'd check around and see if you can find an OE Mopar seal.

As for the folding down window seal, the Bestop has (or had?) some solid options.

I agree mopar would be better if I could buy it. I’ll look into this best top then
