We spent almost all day learning how to swap a suspension. Dakota had a great time and learned alot (as did I). Went from a no name brand 6" to a Rough Country 4" we like the way it sits much better and its easier to get in and out of.

The restoration continues...
New spring, isolator, bump stop, upper and lower control arms on the front driver's side. The bump stop cup is a project for another day.
I was planning on doing both sides, but getting that upper control arm bushing in kicked my @$$, so I called it a day, and spent the holiday afternoon with friends.
Plus, the obligatory knuckle buster. This one was bad.

Finally got the single stage urethane that was applied without activator walnut shell blasted off the top and re coated it correctly
Next will be the satin urethane to make it look as close to factory as possible.
Friendly reminder- if you can, avoid running a hard top on trails, especially here in the east where we have lots of trees.
