Do ne of these little compressors like the VIAIR have enough oomph to reseat a tire bead?
If a bicycle hand pump can reseat a tire bead, then whatever little pump you are looking at can do the same.

interesting! How many large tire fillings can you get from a CO2 bottle and what size bottle do I have to find a spot for?
Never mind: I found that a p10 power tank can fill my 35’s 32 times. Now all I have to do is learn about a power tank.
Further edit: Never mind. $600 or more for this fancy tank? No thanks. Now back to thinking about mounting the $200 compressor.![]()
....
32 tires? I find that hard to believe, but it depends on what pressures at which you start and end.
....
You might be able to DIY the CO2 bottle for your $200 budget. I have the links for DIY’ng someplace. I opted for an ARB under hood compressor because of the small size. Hasn’t let me down yet.

I have this in my truck. It will fill all 4 tires from 6 to 25 PSI in about 15 minutes.M18 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Electric Portable Inflator (Tool-Only) https://share.google/mn1KjyNAGt6s92hKq
Used to do that with ATV tires. Haven’t encountered that issue with the tires I run on the jeeps.
With the 10 pound tank, I can fill my four 40's from 8ish to 25ish three times (meaning 12 tires). Not enough left in the tank at that point to do another complete round of four - if I recall correctly, about enough to fill one or two more tires.

Yeah, they are not cheap. And for me, I have two fully outfitted 10 lb tanks. I carry one in the trailer to easily swap into the rig after three rounds. I also carry a fully outfitted 20lb tank in the trailer. It does get expensive.
I have one of these and find it difficult to not recommend it, despite my years with a York and now an ARB Twin.

Have you seen the new dual ARB? I've been debating replacing my dual RC compressor with the new ARB. Although it is very hard to spend $1k on it when my RC works great (just for the lockers) and I have a brand new, free RC dual setting on the shelf. For onboard air I like my dual ARB.

No idea on refilling. When I was looking into it my plan was to have my neighbor fill it for me.. he owns a fire extinguisher company. That sounds more like it. So I would need the tank, a bracket of some sort, a regulator and then fill the tank. How much does it cost at the gas supply to refill the tank?
