The N safety switch will prevent cranking if bad. Did you try starting it in N as well as P? Also, wiggle the shifter around to see if it makes a difference.

I tried all positions with the shifter. I will check the neutral safety next. Once I figure out where it is...

Mine's a manual, so can't help you there.

Also, do you have to press the brake to start the ATs? If so, check that switch.

Unless you removed the ignition actuator and verified the tip is not broken, that's my internet diagnosis guess.

I tried starting it with the ignition switch removed with a screw driver and it still wouldn't turn over.

I found the problem!! It was a broken wire.

It was the wire going to the starter.
