Where do these plug into?

I feel this is going to be a dumb question, but where do these 2 plugs, plug into? Just got my Jeep back from being painted, and I don't know if they were always unplugged and I just never noticed, or if the body shop forgot to do something.

I can't find anything that doesn't work. Thanks in advance.

Top one looks like the washer fluid pump. No clue on the bottom one.

Yep the blue one was the washer pump, still not sure on the yellow one.

Good call. I Just browsed through the FSM and it sure looks like it.

Just got to a spot where I could take a look at mine. This is as far as I've looked, but it looks to the the one.

Nah. Shouldn't have to anyway. You when you're standing at the front, look down at the bottom right corner. The sensor clips on and sits just in front of the radiator.
