What's wrong with my brakes?

Thats exactly what I thought. I've tried prying on it and it's in there good.

Rotate the retainer, put 2 non locking nuts with a couple of washers to stabilize the backing plate. Stick a prybar behind the flange, give the end a little boop using the brake shoe as a fulcrum, it will pop the shaft right out. Done it that way dozens of times.

I'll definitely try and get out there at some point, maybe I can also wint ROTM by drowning my jeep🤔 worth it?
You might, I would however, encourage you to take a very high quality picture, compose it well, and make sure it is worthy of winning. The shenanigans that worked this year, twice, will be a bit more difficult to pull off again. We will do our very best to drag this contest kicking and screaming back to one of merit and quality and as far away as possible from being one of popularity. If the experiment fails, then we will evaluate our participation in future contests.

Would the fact that it has an e-locker have anything to do with it? I will try that method and follow up
