What did you do to your TJ today?

So, what triangulted system did you get?
Doing "my own custom" setup utilizing some Iron man 4x4 Brackets and some aluminum links from either branik motor sports or Tmr customs,There's a handful of companies that sell 7075 links! I'm gonna see who has the better options and if it's cheaper I'll go with em 😁

At first I went with ruff stuff specialties brackets but then realized that the lower control arms are parallel with the frame almost going outboard,Don't want that !

But now I'm going with Iron man fab brackets as the lowers it inboard on the frame for a bit more triangulation
Not my pic* As I'm still waiting on these brackets

As for the truss I'm gonna be using a Clayton offroad truss on my currie ford 9" 😁

It was a good read. We didn't have a TV for probably 8 years. That's when I started reading and spending even more time outdoors

I gave away our last tv probably 10+ years ago. Haven't missed it a bit.

I did watch my first NFL game in several years on Christmas, which was actually kind of enjoyable just because it's been so long.

I managed to dig the TJ out of the back corner of the shop and got it to where I have room to work on it.
I had a brain fart late summer/early fall with the rear driveshaft so parked it.
Then had a few more mini catastrophies that took me away from it, along with the Holidays.
Hoping to get it back on the road in the next week or two.
Can't wait...

It's hard to tell from the angle the pic was taken but I think the adjuster lever might not be sat against the star adjuster properly. That I think may be because the cable guide might not be fitted properly. It is pressed with a lip in the back that needs to sit in the hole in the shoe that holds the spring.

It can be a bit of pain getting that spring and guide seated right. I've even seen guides that fracture around the lip, and have even had a lip break off a guide allowing the guide to shift and stop the adjuster working.

100% you are correct. I went back in a day later and tried to get the adjuster fitted correctly and had no luck. I'm going to swap wheel cylinders this weekend so it'll all come back out again and will try a parts store adjuster set then. Passenger side fits great.

So we all would want to know what you replaced it with and pics of your handy work and pics just because we like to oogle tj's.

Ah... I replaced stock with stock so pretty boring, sorry! Now I am wondering if the rear track bar needs doing as it is probably the original one. How to tell besides looking at the rubber?
