Trackbar to Diff Interference

So I made an offset JJ with one of weldable housings and a 1”-14 bolt that I took an end-mill to. I tried to swap it out today but I think the threads are a little messed up since I could not easilly rotate it off. I have a trip next week so I wont be swapping it yet since I dont want risk completely ruining the track bar just before my trip. After I get back, what ever happens…happens.

There is a specific Johnny Joint ball for the frame side track bar that has (what would be) the lower flange reduced so the bolt isn't as long.

To follow up now that I am home from my dune trip. Got the front track bar completely removed and had to use a big wrench and pipe to remove the frame end joint. Threads were apparently fine so I did not need to wait for a tap but glad I played it safe regardless. Having the threaded stud offset 7/16” works great with no interference on any of the steering. So an offset joint is the way to go with a Core4x4 track bar. Would be nice if they made a forged offset housing.
