I have a 2006 LJ with a 2.5 inch lift, Dana 30. The previous track bar hit the diff cover so I bought a rock jock track bar, still hits. I probably have to change out this huge diff cover with something that can clear it.
In the pictures is circled in white where the new trackbar hits, so the cover needs to be less intrusive in that area.
I want to know what diff cover would be better suited.
I have been debating between Currie and Yukon. Any insight would be appreciated.

Do you have adjustable control arms? If so, your arms could be adjusted pushing the axle too far foward.

I would suspect it is the cover though. And that is a very good track bar.

Yes I have Savvy Aluminum 7075 arms but they are set to the same length as factory control arms.

If you have a lift, they shouldn't be set to the same length as factory. Even a small 2.5" lift will need the axle rotated for proper alignment.

Yeah i figured so, but I don't think that can make this better. If i push the axle forward it will make it worse. Both uppers and lowers are set in as far as they will go.
