TJ hard top side window question

I need to find either;
1. Side windows for my hard top that OPEN via sliding or removing them or
2. A new soft top with a non zipper design, maybe Velcro only.

I have several people driving my 2005 TJ and they are always screwing up my zippers. I recently put the hard top on due to the most recent destruction , but they really want open air for the rear passengers, which I do understand (kinda claustrophobic back there). Do either of these things exist??

There is a hard top that has either a flip open set of side windows or sliders. Top is pricey though. About $2k-3k.

I was hoping to retrofit
My existing hard top w sliding windows, but guess I’m dreaming. Know of any soft tops with out zippers?
