Not bad. Looks pretty good. The 5-star wheels are one of the best on TJ’s due to the Moab wheel which is classic TJ.

A guy on f/b is trying to sell new wheels and tires never mounted.all from 2017.i thought these were the worst wheels I ever saw until the sellers above!looks like it’s been in a fire?
now i need to get adapters. 1.5" seems to be the size that makes sense, but I do want to stick out ever slightly past the flares. so maybe a 2"....
And if i should go ahead with the adapter that has the M14 studs, or go with 1/2" studs and use the larger flanged lugs. I am sure that will have some stronger opinions. The original wheels are 1/2, so I could lean each way especially since they are hubcentric. And getting the 1/2' studs allows more options in the future.

I just saw a set of those locally. If you like them, get them. That's all that matters.

I have 5 admittedly different 17” for free, 4 with decent rubber on them [Goodyear Wranglers]. Seriously. Take them.

Picked up a set of 5 JLR wheels with new 33" KO2s for $900. This is running 2" adapters, and they sit flush on the 6" metalcloak fenders/flares.
JL 392 w/ 35's on 3.5" lift. I would tend to agree that 17's are to big until you get to 35" tires.
I'm in the process of swapping in JLR axles and picked up 5 of these FB market for 200, shouldn't need spacers since the axles are 68", and hopefully soak up the 6" backspacing. This will just be temporary but I don't hate how it looks.

Well here's how she turned out. Pretty close to the render. Now I def need to lift the front, but probably need to do the whole thing. Also need to pull and paint the drums.
