I have a number of issues with my Jeep, but another one that I thought fixed has come back. When I first start the Jeep this doesn't happen, but after revving it up or after driving and I come to a stop the RPMs drop down to the 300s and the engine starts to make a bogging sound. It comes back up on its own, but it'll drop a few times before it stabilizes. If I'm running my AC it'll drop to 350, shoot up to 1100, and bounce between the two a few times. If I'm not running the AC it jumps up to 800 or so and then back to 350.
My IAC is new and mopar, new throttle body, new mopar TPS. I've smoked tested and no vacuum leaks that I notice. Power is good, but my gas mileage has decreased by about 1 mile/gallon.
Anyone have any ideas?
