That is the plan as they were not. I cut some spacers from a rubber horse stall mat, it's 3/4in thick. The tailgate hinges have some play in them already. So I ordered the Mo Ryde kit.

Tough Country shocks are worse than Rough Country. Buy some appropriate length Rancho rs5000X shocks and see how it rides. Then go from there. I've seen the Rancho shocks for under $200 for all four.
p.s. I hope your steering wheel is turned to the side in the pic of the steering stabilizer.

Assuming these are Tough Country springs along with the shocks. Any info for spring rate and or quality? It rides like wagon on the pavement right now, but better on gravel with a little speed. I'm not opposed to keeping the current ride height if I can vastly improve things with some new shocks. But it would handle on the road a little better if it was not as tall.
