Could I just remove my A/C components and heater core assembly and just replace the heater with a mojave heater? It pisses me off that the design of it is so inaccessable and I don't want A/C or OBA, I want EASE OF REPAIR and ease of accessibility. As far as I can tell, I would just have to plug the blower hole, right?

Sounds feasible. Not something I'd do...but to each their own.

I removed my passenger side airbag. We do things to Jeeps.

Could I still mount my glovebox and center dash where they're supposed to go or do they screw into the heater core assembly (the whole big thing)

The TJ dash isn't very deep compared to most vehicles so there's no guarantee the mojave will fit and leave you with any depth for a glove compartment, but if you pull it off please come back and post photos as I'm sure there will be interested parties given how sucky the replacement heater core situation is these days.

I like my AC too much to yank it out.

Bypass the heater core and install heated seats.

Nah, kinda the whole reason I wanna do this is just overall simplification and accessibility. I want my Jeep to be dirt simple to work on and get to stuff and one major thing that isn't easy to get to....the heater core and related BS. Might sound silly, maybe it's just a style choice, I dunno.

Heater core is really easy to get to if you permeantly remove the passenger air bag and put a removable steering wheel on.

Planning on putting an articulating arm with a tablet on it for navigation in the space.

Came across this thread - yes, you absolutely can. I did it as when I purchased my TJ, the compressor was bypassed as it was seized and the heater controls were all fried to begin with. I started by removing the compressor, condenser and underhood related components. But from there I went ahead and just pulled all HVAC components out period - and trust me, there is PLENTY of room under the dash without the stock stuff under there for anything you'd want. I even went so far as to chase back the wiring and eliminate it from the cab harness to simplify and clean things up. Honestly, if I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't have gone through the trouble of doing that part... It's a bit hard to see in this photo but this was when I had everything apart and you can kinda get an idea of how much room is under there (I don't have a better shot sorry):
