Refreshed front grill with cheap Amazon stuff

Was thinking of pulling the grill off and painting the whole thing flat black. Kinda felt like too much work for something I wasn't sure I would like anyway, so I did this instead.

First pic is before, second with the grill inserts, third with the headlight surrounds replaced. Happy with it for the money spent. The parts are plastic, but they felt sturdy enough. The grill inserts just snapped right in, the headlight surrounds have three screws each and were easy, you don't have to remove the headlights.

Speaking of which I also have new headlights coming that will complete the blacked out look on the front. Some knockoff LEDs from Ebay, I think they're a copy of the JB Speaker design.

Do these inserts cause temperature increase by limiting airflow into the grill? I ask cos that's what I see a lot said on YouTube.

Not at all. My jeep runs just under 210 with no issues. Even this summer on the hottest days when running the A/C there were no problems. If a jeep is running hot, it has other issues that should be addressed.
