Rear window, tailgate and door leak

I like to keep my rig clean, so I wash it almost every other week, whether I drive it or not. When I wash it I come back to water around the door latches and on the seats. In the back, water comes from the tailgate and the rear window. I have tried replacing the rubber seals on the back of the window and the tailgate, and nothing works. Any Ideas???

Is the tailgate applying pressure to the rear window / seal when shut (as it should)?
Is tailgate flush with rear of body when closed?

Also, there were some posts recently where the owner left the soft top lower window bar in place with the hard top. This prevented the hard top glass from closing fully and sealing properly.

There is a little pressure, not much. The tailgate is flush. There are weird gaps in the gasket corners of the windows and can see right through them.

If the glass moves backward with the gate latched is that a sign the lower weatherstrip is bad, or?

If the glass is able to push in easily, I would suspect the (glass) seal around the hardtop opening.
