Radio Antenna PLug

Trying to install old aftermarket radio into 1999 Wrangler with the factory antenna. Factory antenna male plug has 8 pins - never seen antenna plug like this. The radio head has a standard female antenna jack with large center pin receptacle. What is the 8 pin plug called? Where can I get an adapter to mate the radio to the factory antenna?

That's weird. My '98 has a standard antenna cable, the same as what matches your radio antenna port.
