Took me a minute to figure out the first pic. Finally saw the driver's reflection in the mirror. Priceless!I take my hat off to people who can quit smoking..(or anything for that matter) I heard once that it take 21 day to break a habit or to start a new one...don't give up mate @StG58
This may cheer you up.

Never been a smoker, myself, but love the smell of tobacco, and even cigarette smoke, in some cases. I applaud anyone who can kick the habit, or even makes a sincere attempt to do so. Hang in there, @StG58!For me its been roughly 2-1/2 years since my last cigarette. For me it was hard but ultimately I could not have nicotine in my system for a job (at a hospital) and really needed the job, so I used that logic as motivation.
I don't even think about it at this point but I do enjoy the smell of tobacco sometimes when it catches your nose just right.
Keep it up. It's hard... Took me two years, off and on to really quit. I used to smoke about a pack a day... Haven't had a cigarette now for five and a half years!
Have someone you can talk to when the mood hits is important. If you think you need to make a phone call...PM me. I can try and talk you down. For me, the hardest part was not smoking when I was doing things that I normally smoked while doing. Grilling outdoors, I always had a beer and a cigarette...I grill a lot. On the boat, camping, etc.
If you break down and have one... Don't give up. One set back doesn't mean you should stop trying to quit.
Thanks a bunch for the offer. I've got a Daughter who's medically trained and just a phone call away.Keep it up. It's hard... Took me two years, off and on to really quit. I used to smoke about a pack a day... Haven't had a cigarette now for five and a half years!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_additives_in_cigarettes look over these ingrediants an if any good ones, pick em up at the store, an maybe it will ease the situation. I can smell someone smoking in a car going down the road at 65 mphs per hour, from when i quit. I cant stand it now. its is terrible once you get over the initial withdraws. dont know how to get this bold off? anyhow, they may put this in-lysine, an if you look up lysine, it is a neccesary ingrediant the body needs so when you quit, you may quit gettting this. so may want to look at getting more of it, to replace what you have lost. go down that list - they are sneaky an put in, what you normally need, to get you more addicted......also, sodium chloride/salt......we all need salt an some are getting it thru smoking.......an when they quit, they then dont get enough of it, an crave the cig, when they dont know they actually are craving the salt.......check out the brand that you smoked and call them up an ask them, what they put in, so you can get what you were getting with the cigs that you normally should be getting in your diet. see what they say.Quitting smoking sucks.
