I don't plan on doing this but I saw a small spal fan and was curious.
If you have a small pusher fan, say on a small cooler on your power steering line, if it is not on constantly, are you sacrificing much cooling by just having there passively until you turn it on?
In other words, if it's not powered on, are you decreasing the cooler's effectiveness?
