PSC worth it for under retail value?

a guy in my area is selling the full PSC hydro kit. like all of it from pump to cooler to the lines the cylinder itself and all. it retails for 2700 but he is asking 2k. i have quite a nice low mileage jeep that i like putting quality upgrades on but im curious if this is a worth while splurge? i don't plan on ever going above 35s but it would be cool to steer 35s like it’s a rolls royce. is it a cool enough quality of life upgrade to justify it?

Full hydro is not the same as hydro assist. Which is it?

If full hydro, not going to be good for street driving. More for a trailer rig.

Also not sure something that runs $2700 new is worth $2000 used.
