Is it possible for a bank 2 sensor 2 to be causing a problem with the bank 2 sensor 1?

I just spoke to a real high end electrical technician. He explained all the possible causes and would like to have my jeep for a day or two to pinpoint the issue(could be a faulty cylinder or even the new pcm), but he mentioned that the bank 2 sensor 2 could be sending something wrong to sensor 1. I don’t know. I changed all the sensors, but what he was saying was interesting and the easiest to check to see if that could fix something

As I understand it, the PCM compares the readings between sensor 1 and sensor 2 to adjust the fuel. The sensors do not communicate with other.

Hypothetically, if sensor 2 is providing an inaccurate reading, then the PCM would adjust the fuel incorrectly and sensor 1 would send odd responses to the PCM in a vicious cycle of odd readings and bad corrections.
