Always greased, never ran dry. Anytime it gets clunky, I regreased. I have only about 200-300 miles since installing the Swayloc. I think I found where all the grease went-- inside and out all over all the sliding components.Just curious, but did you run your Sway Loc dry for any length of time before the initial greasing?
If so, how long, how many miles, etc.?
BTW, where is all that grease going?

No visible damage or indicators that I could tell.

I paid close attention during reassembly to make sure all arms were seated properly. It's hard to tell, but it looks like I was able to close the gap a little between the greased arms. Not much (sub millimeter range), but hopefully it will make a difference. I cleaned all the parts the best I could and regreased with a good silicon tacky grease (similar to what came with the SwayLOC). Followed that with a quarter-pump of marine grease to fill in any gaps. I guess we will see in a couple days.
