GMRS, FRS and HAM.
We'll be at the 5000 ft. elevation range in the High Lakes area Saturday, so I bet we could hit the Tahoe/Rubi repeaters on 2M. It could be fun if you guys want to pick a repeater, or maybe even 2M simplex? Yeah, I'm a radio dork.

What GMRS radio do you have in your rig?
True...... but, some of us will have more enjoyment than others![]()
I think I may be able to coax a couple of your jeeps to come over to Deer Valley. This has worked in the past

I installed a GMRS because I thought that was going to be where everyone was going to, but I have only used but once. I have the GMRS and a CB, what channel do you use on the GMRS and I monitor that when we get closer to you Saturday morning
Signal Peak still eludes me. Someday I'll get on that trail. Anyone know if Cisco Grove Campground has opened back up yet
I think I heard its open, but went to look it up on the forest website and didn’t see a campground called Cisco Grove. Is there a different name?
