this Saturday doing Deer Valley. It will be much more challenging and fun then High Lakes

Still planning on going. I’ll likely head up Friday night and camp up near Alpine. Open invitation. Want to get high enough I can have an actual campfire. So I’ll meet everyone at the trail head.

We're still going in on Friday AM, so may see you guys up there. We'll be staying at springs saturday night and then headed into Tahoe, so might miss you. I'm in a blue TJ on 35's — buddy is in a black JK on 40s. Will have a couple kids with us. God speed.

At this point it’s just me. I “might” have a passenger or two, but doubtful.
We are shooting for the springs Saturday as well assuming there's room. Fordcye was empty last weekend so I'm hoping rubicon isnt a zoo this wèekend.
Plan is to get on the trail about 930.
We're reserved for pine camp at the slabs. Will have a fire box going. Come have a beer.
I'll keep my eyes peeled. When I checked a few weeks back all they had were the tents so we'll just cross our fingers that a walk-in is available or just drive a bit further and find something.

I installed a GMRS because I thought that was going to be where everyone was going to, but I have only used but once. I have the GMRS and a CB, what channel do you use on the GMRS and I monitor that when we get closer to you Saturday morning
