... there aren't all that many SAEs I come across.
Believe or not, but my 2002 Kubota tractor (Kubota is Japanese) is mostly SAE!

My thoughts, too. Especially in 2002 when it was made. Nowadays, I suspect most farmers and ranchers have plenty of metric tools...Sounds like a good example of knowing your target audience on a farm!
For some (8mm and 19mm come to mind), that works just fine. Both of those are so close in size (i.e., 19mm = .748 inches) that production tolerances in the fastener, combined with those of the sockets, make it so that an SAE 3/4" nut may actually have a tighter fit inside a 19mm socket than a 3/4" socket. Those two being common lug nut sizes, I don't pick a socket based on metric vs. SAE, I pick it based on which socket is tighter.![]()

Don’t bust a nut.
I use this 3/4” set I bought from Northern Hydraulics for the big stuff. I only use it a few times a yr but it’s been a lifesaver a few times. I also have 2 sets of XL combo wrenches.

And my 2014 is all metric but made in Georgia, I think.

New set of roll pin punches
Crazy timing. I just decided to re-stock my roll pin punches (existing ones are beat up), OCD style, but I went with 'mercan made. Two of these sets arrived this week, and the last one is out for delivery tomorrow:

These ones are stamped USA. Tekton offers a point/reward system, so these were $14 shipped which was nice
