New Tool Day

Display them in the garage.

I have a few tools from my grandfather and I did the same - found a spot to put them out. They didn't belong in a drawer.

Probably do something with them in my office.

The garage is a shop and I dont have anywhere for it 😁

Two more.

First one is 18" long, ratchet setting, 2 speed, and a plate to push on it with your body. Takes square drive bits that I also have.

Second one ratchets in both directions and has a fixed setting.

Ran down to HF to pick up these, since they just got them back in stock.

I got the large and medium boxes for $71.80.

1/2 Dewalt impact fits just fine, as does the 1/4 Dewalt impact. Plenty of room for pliers, and screwdrivers.

They lock together and will get their first test this coming weekend when we ride Coalmont again.

I have some of those. My only complaint was the tabs that lock them together being tough to move after a while.
And don't leave the lids unlatched or you can break the latches off!

Thanks for the info!!!!

I'm not saying their Milwaukee, but I know Milwaukee for the rolling bottom, the large, medium, small and backpack is minimum of $500.00.

You can get all of the Bauer for less than half that.

Looks good.
I need a slim under rear seat box for my “always in the jeep” sockets and hand tools and then something slim and vertical that fits in the trunk for the extra trail ride tools.

How bad was the inside flooded? When I had my YJ within about 3 months of being brand new I got stuck in a river. Made my poor mom keep her foot on the gas while my dad and looked for something to winch too. In between all that the river picked up the rear end and moved about 18” and then was able to drive right out. The entire inside was flooded, water was just flowing over the top of the door jamb. Didn’t cause any damage.

It didn't get to the top of the door jamb. Maybe 3/4 of the way up.
