Mystery fender flares

Okay, I'm going to try this again.. I've got a 2006 TJ Wrangler x and I need to replace one of the front fender flares and I'd like to match what I've got on the rest of the Jeep already if I can.. I've included a picture of the fender flare that I want to match, but I have not been able to find it anywhere, so hopefully somebody will recognize it.. The giveaway should be the small section on the quarter panel.. I've never seen anything like that before.. they're extremely well made and thick..
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated..

Never seen those before but they have the style of a YJ fender flare.

They appear to be the Besttop flares that are NLA.

I didn't even know Bestop ever made flares for the TJ. Good find!

I have those Bestop fender flares on my TJ. I lost one of the flare extensions on an off road site and was disappointed when I couldn't find it.

They've not been available for many years.
